In one evening, we'll be still, lay down one thing you don't need to carry, and take one next step for the season ahead. You'll leave with simple wellness practices for the holidays and a Daily Reset card to start the next morning, plus a way to keep going with 40 Days Before January: The Reset, starting November 23.
If this season holds grief or an empty chair, you're welcome here just as you are.
